SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping varies depending on each US region.
The Seller accepts orders subject to the factory's available capacity at the time of receipt, its ability to obtain raw materials, as well as any government-imposed priority or law that is or becomes effective during the manufacturing process and that , in one way or another affect the estimated or promised delivery time. Products that are in stock will be processed immediately. The delivery times of the Products not available in the warehouse, are estimated and will be subject to the delivery times offered by the parent company, to the potential inconveniences inherent to the transport and nationalization of the products and to the buyer providing all the essential data in a timely manner. for the execution of the work. Rapha Health will not be liable for delays caused by strikes, fire, material supplier delays, or any disruption beyond the control of the company. In these cases, delivery will be postponed for as long as is necessary. Rapha Health does not accept penalties of any kind in the orders placed by its customers and / or in the purchase and sale contracts that it enters into, unless they have been accepted in writing by a Rapha Health Legal Representative. The Seller will not be responsible for any loss, real or consequential damage that originates to the client or to third parties, due to delays in the delivery dates of the Products. The Seller is empowered to make partial or total remittances and to bill separately. In the case of special products, assemblies, the delivery period does not begin to elapse until the Buyer receives a written confirmation of acceptance of the order from Rapha Health.

RaphaHealth packs its products in a way that ensures their identification and integrity during handling and transportation to the destination if the customer is charged. Special packaging may be made with an additional charge, if the Buyer requests it.
The handling and loading of the merchandise from the platform of our means of transport will be at the Buyer's risk and expense. The Buyer must comply with the requirements indicated for the purposes of receiving the merchandise in a way that satisfies the requirements of the contracted insurance, otherwise, the merchandise travels at its own risk and expense. The cost of express shipments or through other transport companies that are not selected by RaphaHealth, will be paid by the Buyer.
RaphaHealth is not responsible for non-compliance or delay in compliance due to the observance of any regulations, orders, acts, instructions or priority requests issued by any federal, state or municipal government or by any department or agency thereof, civil authority or military, acts of God, fires, floods, strikes or other labor difficulties, acts or omissions on the part of the Buyer, embargoes, war, hostilities, disturbances, shipwrecks or transport delays or due to any other strange cause not attributable to the Seller. In case of delay in compliance due to any of the above-mentioned causes, the delivery date or the execution time will be extended for a period of time that is reasonably necessary to overcome the effect of the delay, without any penalty. Any contractual clause related to penalties for untimely deliveries will be voided if any of the conditions mentioned above is presented during the period of manufacture and transport of the products.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, orders to specific regions might experience delays. We kindly ask for your patience in case your order gets delayed. Please note that Rapha Health Network International Inc. is NOT responsible for any temporary hold or delay in shipping that is outside our direct control.

OUR RETURN POLICY
Everything You Need to Know
Only stock products will be accepted in return and within 30 days, for this, the Client must obtain the written authorization of Rapha Health. The equipment must be sent to our address and freight paid. The warehouse classification is subject to change without prior notice and the classification that the product had when the order was entered will be valid. These circumstances do not exempt the Client from paying for the equipment subject to return. When the return is caused by reasons attributable to Rapha Health, the corresponding credit will be granted including all transportation costs. Rapha Health reserves the right to accept Product returns and conditions that the equipment and packaging are in perfect condition and absolutely unused. For the returns that will be accepted through the Commercial Agreement, they will be governed by the criteria and times established therein.

The Information You Need to Know
Rapha Health guarantees all products in all their parts and workmanship, as well as any manufacturing defect, from the date of delivery and under the following conditions: To make this guarantee effective, no higher requirements may be required than the presentation of the purchase invoice and the product directly at the factory or with the Distributor where it was purchased. Rapha Health undertakes to repair or change the defective product without any charge to the customer, or to deliver a Credit Note that covers the cost of the product. A warranty claim on our products does not exempt the customer from paying the invoice or any payment obligations that they have with Rapha Health, such as advances, negotiated progress payments, invoices or others. This warranty is not valid in the following cases: - If repairs or modifications are made to the products by persons not authorized by the company and without the approval of the Rapha Health guarantee area. - If it has suffered essential, irreparable and serious deterioration or damages suffered as a result of a bad application or use attributable to the user. (Wear, rust, cracks, bumps, violated seals, missing labels, missing parts, etc.) - If they have not observed the warnings indicated in the manuals, catalogs and product labels. - If the warranty is untimely.
